Agilus is recruiting for a Occupational Health Nurse in the Manufacturing industry in Brockville, Ontario. The successful candidate will make an impact by delivery of occupational health programs and services to employees working both independently and within the Manufacturing team.

A typical day
  • Develop, assist in workplace placement, monitor and evaluate work re-integration and progress within modified work plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all clinic visits using electronic medical record system
  • Primary care for both occupational and non-occupational illness/injury
  • Emergency response
  • Assist manufacturing in compliance with the global safety and health plan
  • Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety in identifying ergonomic concerns, health and safety issues and provide recommendations
  • Pre-placement health screening medicals
  • Collaborates with 3M Disability Manager Specialist and with third party early and safe return to work for STD, and LTDS
Successful candidates will have
  • Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
  • Current Liability insurance through RNAO or OOHNA
  • Soft skills
  • Certification in Occupational Health
  • 2-3 years Occupational Health Nursing preferred
