NVIDIA Corporation in Toronto is seeking an ASIC Verification Intern for Summer 2027 to contribute to the verification of memory subsystem components in Tegra SOCs. You will work with RTL engineers to verify features, debug issues, and participate in post-silicon verification across multiple product lines, including consumer graphics and AI workloads.

The role requires pursuing a BS or MS in EE/CE, knowledge of computer architecture, and strong debugging and teamwork skills.

• Working knowledge of computer architecture, logic design, verification, algorithms and data structures.
• Excellent debugging skills and ability to break problems down from first principles.
• Working knowledge of PC systems, Windows OS and Linux.
• Strong collaboration and cross-disciplinary teamwork skills.
