Job summary

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seeks a Nursing Resource Coordinator within Home Care Downtown East. Reporting to the Manager Health Services, you will lead nursing staff and manage resources to ensure a consistent standard of client nursing services, working within a multidisciplinary team.

This role requires a Baccalaureate in Nursing, a Master’s preferred, and at least four years of nursing experience with supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of recent nursing experience.
• Experience supervising staff, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Community experience an asset.
• Case management experience an asset.
• CRNM registration must be maintained and provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing staff and resources to deliver consistent client care.
• Lead as part of a multidisciplinary Home Care Team.
• Supervise according to MNU collective agreement and standards for Visiting Nurse Program.
