A leading educational institution is seeking a part-time clinical instructor to teach nursing competencies and supervise nursing students in clinical settings. The ideal candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in nursing with licensure in British Columbia, along with teaching experience and a strong clinical background. This role offers a competitive compensation range of $6,136.75 - $8,823.25 CAD monthly.
To assist with the planning, implementation and evaluation of the clinical component of undergraduate nursing courses; to educate students in a participatory, interactive and inclusive environment to develop competency and capacity for critical judgment, decision-making and mastery of entry level competencies within the broader context of comprehensive patient/client care.
Collaborates with, works closely with and reports to the course leader and the Associate Director, Undergraduate Programs as required.
Compensation Range $6,136.75 - $8,823.25 CAD Monthly

Error in judgment would impact on the clinical performance of nursing students and safe care for patients; potentially severe critical opportunities for faculty and clinical placement in various hospital and community agencies and/or compromise the School's reputation.
Works independently and interdependently in clinical settings.
Supervises and responsible for students (normally 6; maximum 12) in the clinical areas; provides direct supervision of student performing skills.
