Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in horticulture or greenhouse supervision.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Direct greenhouse and nursery operations to meet production goals.
• Organize daily greenhouse activities and staff schedules.
• Control insects, diseases and weeds with best practices.
• Hire, train and supervise staff; maintain records.
• Order supplies and manage stock; provide product care and service to customers.
• Supervise planting, transplanting, and spraying tasks.
