Job summary

Council Capital in Franklin, TN is seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an innovative ketamine infusion therapy program. You will work hands-on with patients across consultation, initiation, monitoring and ongoing support, delivering life-changing care with autonomy and collaboration.

The role requires 3+ years of IV placement and medication delivery experience, strong clinical skills, excellent communication and EMR proficiency, and a team-player mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience in IV placement and medication delivery.
• 3+ years working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• ICU or ER experience is a major plus.
• Self-starter who thrives independently and in a team.
• Current BLS/ACLS and CPR certifications; graduate of an accredited program.
• Excellent communication skills and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Place and administer IV therapies for ketamine infusions.
• Consult with patients and families about treatment plans.
• Care for individuals with treatment-resistant depression and chronic regional pain syndrome.
• Monitor and support patients throughout infusion and recovery.
• Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies if they arise.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records.
