Science & Humans is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Quebec to join our remote healthcare team. You will provide virtual consultations and patient care through our digital platform, focusing on hormone health, aging, longevity, and sexual wellness.

In this role you’ll deliver specialized care in Men’s Health and/or Women’s Health, develop personalized care plans, and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong bilingual (French–English) communication is essential.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Quebec (QC) NP license required; additional provincial licenses are an asset
• Language: Fully bilingual in French and English (required)

Clinical Expert — You are a Nurse Practitioner with specialized experience in women's health, hormonal therapy, and holistic care, with a focus on supporting women through peri- to post-menopause. Bonus if you also have basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology.

Detail-Oriented — You are thorough in client assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation, ensuring every aspect of care is accurately recorded in the EMR.

Strong Communicator — You bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to genuinely connect with patients in a virtual setting.

Collaborative — You are comfortable working closely with Nurses, Doctors, and coaches, and know when to elevate situations outside your scope of expertise to the MDs.

Problem Solver — You can make critical decisions when symptoms elevate or change, ensuring the client's health is always the top priority.

Client-Centered — You are dedicated to improving client outcomes, especially through HRT management, symptom relief, holistic approaches, and long-term health improvements.

Adaptable — You thrive in the fast‑paced nature of virtual healthcare while maintaining high standards of care, and you embrace the growth and evolution of a start‑up environment.

Educator — You are passionate about educating both clients and the care team, ensuring everyone understands care plans and treatment options.

Committed to Evidence-Based Care — You stay up to date with the latest research and guidelines in women's health and apply them consistently in practice.

Comfortable with Remote Work — You are at ease working virtually and using online medical consultation platforms to connect with clients and manage care. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) systems is essential.
