Medcor is currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our employer-based clinic in Waterloo, IA. The work environment is in a manufacturing facility focusing on occupational health and acute/episodic care. This role is a PRN, day shift position (as needed).
Since this is on an as needed basis there are no guaranteed hours. If you have the availability to pick up an occasional shift we invite you to apply.

The NP for Medcor will provide excellent primary clinical care in an occupational and urgent care health clinic. The position's responsibilities also include collaborative work with other medical and operational leadership at Medcor, other Medcor advocates, and key contacts within the client's corporate structure. The day-to-day role of the NP includes close cooperation with the on-site medical staff operating in the clinic and a focus on team care across the Medcor operation for this client.
The clinic provides a broad scope of services including the diagnosis and treatment of workers compensation injuries and illnesses, urgent care, surveillance and regulatory exams, and preventative services. This position will work closely with a Medcor employed oversight physician assigned to the site, as well as Medcor Clinical Affairs and Operations.
