The Opportunity

Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the team at the Prince Rupert Public Health Unit. This part‑time position offers the opportunity to provide longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages in a supportive, community‑based setting. The NP will attach a patient panel and is eligible for financial incentives through the Provincial Attachment System via NPBC. The role is well‑integrated within the clinic and supported by a collaborative team, including public health staff and administrative support. The clinic uses C‑MOIS Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for documentation and care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide longitudinal primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan.
  • Attach patients per the Provincial Attachment System (NNPBC).
  • Use Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for documentation and clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with public health staff and other team members to support patient care.

Salary Range

New Graduate NP - $145,739

1 Year Experience - $153,026

2 Years Experience - $160,313
