Qualifications

  • MSN from an accredited program.
  • Valid state NP license & CPR certification.
  • Experience as NP preferred; family, pediatrics, or geriatrics training is a plus.
  • Strong clinical, critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough physical examinations and health assessments to evaluate patient needs.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with treatment plans and meds.
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure cohesive patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health management, options and prevention.
  • Maintain accurate EHR records of encounters, plans and outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Collaboratewith healthcare teams, including physicians and specialists, to ensure cohesivepatient care and follow-up.

  • Maintainaccurate and timely records of patient encounters, treatment plans, andoutcomes in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Stayinformed about the latest advancements in healthcare practices and contributeto quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Serve as a patient advocate, providing supportand guidance throughout the healthcare process while respecting patientautonomy and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
  • Valid state NP license and current CPR certification.
  • Previous experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred; specialized training in areas such as family practice, pediatrics, or geriatrics is a plus.
  • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring confidentiality.
