Job summary

Felix Inc. is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide menopause-focused care remotely to Canadian patients. This role emphasizes flexible hours, a home-based work environment, and ongoing interaction with a team of physicians and care professionals.

You will provide assessments and telemedicine visits, ensuring PHIPA-compliant privacy, EMR documentation, and timely updates to patient records. Previous menopause or women’s health experience is a plus, and multiple provincial licenses are

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Canada with pro‑vincial licensure(s).
• Minimum 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience focusing on menopause care.
• Available to provide at least 4 hours per week on Felix platform and respond to patient updates every 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide menopause-focused health assessments and telemedicine consultations.
• Deliver care via Felix platform, maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA/PHIPA-compliant practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for ongoing patient management.

Description

We are looking for innovative Nurse Practitioners, with a passion for Women’s Health and Menopause, to join our growing team of healthcare providers. If you have additional training or great experience in women’s health, we want to hear from you!

We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner licensed in at least one province in Canada. Preference will be given to NPs with multiple licensing, or with licensing that meets our current needs.

Who you are:

• A licensed Nurse Practitioner in at least one Canadian province, preferably with multiple province licensure.

• You are a member in good standing of the College(s) where you hold the title of Nurse Practitioner.

• You are physically located in Canada, with a billing number, required for ordering laboratory testing.

• You have at least 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with demonstrated experience providing menopause care.

• Additional certifications or training in the menopause or women’s health fields are a plus.

• You are available to provide a minimum of 4 hours per week on the platform, in addition to logging in a minimum of every 48hrs to address patient updates.

• You maintain confidentiality and follow the code of conduct as per the governing body of their province/territory.

• You have experience in telemedicine. Additional experience in weight loss & metabolic health, mental health, erectile dysfunction, and birth control care are assets.

• You have a proficient understanding of technology, EMRs and remote work.

• You are adaptable and open to change.
