Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse in the Extended Class with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in community settings is preferred.
  • Familiarity with harm reduction and trauma-informed care is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care to vulnerable populations as part of the PCAAT team.
