Qualifications

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner (Extended Class).
• Strong clinical foundation in primary care, family practice, women's health, endocrinology, or related areas.
• Passion for patient-centered care and preventative health.
• Interest in hormones, women's health, functional medicine, and root‑cause healthcare approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, relationship‑focused approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health evaluations.
• Review laboratory testing and diagnostic information.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
• Manage ongoing patient care and follow-up appointments.
• Support patients through menopause, perimenopause, hormone optimization, thyroid health, medical weight management, and overall wellness programs.
• Provide education and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and lifestyle interventions.
• Collaborate with the physician and clinic team to continually enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

This is not a traditional primary care role.
