Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in preventative care, proactive health management, chronic disease management, and patient education , while delivering high-quality, compassionate care personalized to the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations, history taking, and review of diagnostic tests
  • Interpret results from advanced diagnostic tools such as Mole Mapping Dermoscopy, Dexa, VO2 max, ECG, and lab testing
  • Develop and implement personalized health management plans focusing on prevention, proactive wellness strategies, and chronic disease management
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, dietitians, and fitness specialists to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other wellness strategies
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as necessary, following provincial regulations and clinic protocols
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the clinic's electronic medical records system
  • Participate in clinic initiatives, such as health education events or development of patient resources
  • Stay updated on advancements in preventative health, functional medicine, and longevity care
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in British Columbia
  • Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in preventative, family, or executive health settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment
  • Interest in and knowledge of wellness, fitness, and nutrition principles is an asset
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
