Job summary

Praesentia Healthcare in Ontario is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The NP will provide high-quality patient care for PCC patients with a strong focus on pain management and comprehensive assessments.

The ideal candidate holds a valid NP license with active CNO registration and has at least one year of clinical experience in primary healthcare, urgent care, or outpatient settings.

Qualifications

  • Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
  • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in primary healthcare, urgent care, or outpatient settings.
  • Experience in pain management, chronic disease management, family medicine, or musculoskeletal disorders is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols and pain management techniques is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Passion for improving access to specialized healthcare services.

Experience

  • A valid Nurse Practitioner license is required.

  • Previous expertise in pain management, chronic disease management, family medicine, or Musculoskeletal Disorders preferred
  • Familiarity with medication administration protocols and pain management techniques is essential.

  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
