Job description

The Hospital at Home Teams within Fife provide a service for the frail elderly population (predominantly over 65yrs), which prevents acute hospital admission or facilitates earlier discharge where acute hospital admission has taken place. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our well established Hospital at Home service within Adamson Hospital Cupar.

You will have good communication skills, be proactive in your own development and have a flexible attitude to work. The ability to travel within the area in a timely manner is essential.

This post involves flexibility to work over a 7 day period, working shifts covering the period from 08.00 22.00 On appointment the successful candidates will be based at Adamson Hospital Cupar. Cross team working is an expectation of the role.
