Mt Ascuteny Hospital and Health Center is looking for a dynamic Nursing leader to join our Rehab team. The Nurse Manager plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates the operational, fiscal and personnel activities to ensure the provision of high quality, safe patient/family centered care 24 hours a day. Advocates for and allocates available resources to promote efficient, effective, safe and compassionate nursing care.

• Creates the ideal patient experience through ensuring the provision of safe quality patient care with the correct staff mix, staff complement, and expertise; all within yearly approved fiscal parameters
• Manage the Human Resource and labor management issues related to creating a Healthy Work Environment, using current evidence based practice
• Collaborates with the Clinical Resource Supervisors and Staff Educators to meet the practice needs of staff and the quality/safety needs of patients and families.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of successful practice as a Registered Nurse. Supervisor experience preferred.

Salary: $52.78 - $74.17 per hour
