What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing education and support regarding healthy lifestyles and navigation of the healthcare system
  • Coordinate follow‑up care for patients, including scheduling appointments and managing results and prescription renewals
  • Support nursing inquiries related to new health programs, such as the Galleri multi‑cancer early detection test
  • Collaborate with physicians and product teams in the development of new health programs
  • Provide rotational on‑call coverage during weekends and evenings as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Registered Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
  • Current CPR‑Healthcare certificate
  • 1–5+ years of nursing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in case management or patient education
