Qualifications

• Current practicing registration with the BCCNM.
• Three years of clinical experience including one year of education/leadership.
• Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership in evidence-informed practice.
• Role model patient care skills to staff and students.
• Perform nursing assessments and evaluate care delivery.
• Collaborate to develop and support individualized care plans.
• Evaluate effectiveness of education programs.

Skills

Clinical proficiency/expertise in the designated clinical nursing area

Ability to role model direct care skills

Ability to coach, mentor and teach nursing skills
