Position Title: Full-Time Nurse Clinician

Location: Cambridge, ON

Clinic Type: Men’s Wellness

Hours: Monday to Friday – Standard 40-hour work week (with potential overtime as required)

Wage Range: $37–$50/hour (depending on your credentials/experience)

Credentials Required: Must be licensed in Ontario as a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

This full-time role focuses on conducting patient assessments and delivering treatments for a male patient population aged 20 to 90. Comfort and professionalism in a clinic focused exclusively on men’s sexual health is essential.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, well-spoken, adaptable, and independent, with strong interpersonal and clinical skills suited to this highly specialized field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical and physical assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments for patients with Erectile Dysfunction and Peyronie’s Disease.
• Complete accurate charting and maintain clinical documentation.
• Manage client follow-ups, treatment scheduling, and payment coordination.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with discretion and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly with patients of all ages, ensuring comfort and addressing questions with sensitivity.
• Educate and empower patients to understand their condition and treatment options.
• Work independently while upholding the clinic’s standards of care.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active nursing license in Ontario: RN, RPN, or NP.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of clinical nursing experience (sexual/reproductive health experience an asset).
• Proven ability to work effectively with male patients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Comfortable providing hands-on treatment in a one-on-one setting.
• Demonstrated sensitivity and maturity when supporting men with vulnerable health concerns.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Independent, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
