Job Description

Reporting to the Deputy/Assistant Director/Senior Nurse Clinician, you will plan and oversee the setting up, operations, nursing manpower, standards and practice of the services within your purview. You will develop clinical standards and streamline clinical and care delivery processes. You will monitor the clinical performance of the Nurses and outcomes of holistic care, evaluate clinical through audits and feedback, and implement training and improvement plans in your area for continuous clinical improvement.

Requirements
  • Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Possess a recognised Bachelor Degree in Nursing and any relevant specialty qualification.
  • Possess leadership and management skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with positive work attitude and a strong commitment towards service excellence
  • Willing to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays
  • Committed to long term service till the opening of the hospital and beyond
