Job summary

A dedicated RMN or RNLD Nurse is sought to work in a service based in the Great Yarmouth area. You will join one of the UK's leading health care providers dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities and complex needs in a peaceful setting.

You must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN. The role involves assessing residents, administering medications, maintaining care plans, and coordinating with families and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC PIN.
• Experience in a care setting preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care.

• Ensure care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives and other professionals.

An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in an exceptional service based in the Great Yarmouth, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers

This service provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting

**To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC Pin**

As a Nurse your key duties include:

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company's medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill-health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can-do attitude always

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £22.00 - £22.90 per hour
