- 3-5 years of technical leadership in custom automation or specialized equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support specialized tooling for the nuclear industry.
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide oversight to Project Engineers and Designers.
- Interface with key decision-makers on project status.
Skills
Technical leadership
Troubleshooting complex technical issues
Experience with custom tooling for the nuclear industry
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, N299 and NQA-1
Education
Degree in Engineering, Robotics or related discipline
