Qualifications

• 10-15 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated Project Controls Technical Knowledge.
• Experience in EPC Contractor (Self-Perform) and Mega-projects.
• Demonstrated Claims Avoidance and/or Negotiation Experience.
• Due to the nature of the work, compliance with nuclear export controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering successful project controls tasks.
• Lead a team specializing in planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Implement and maintain project-specific control plans.
• Provide support on subcontractor claims negotiations.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and goal setting.
