Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in Ontario.
• Three years of experience in community or acute care with a focus on wound care is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and educate clients for individualized health goals.
• Support specialized treatment modalities and case management.
• Utilize evidence-based teaching materials to educate clients.
