Job summary

You hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering and have at least five years of experience as a Manufacturing Technologist.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience as Manufacturing Technologist or equivalent.
• Ability to read technical drawings and visualize in 3D.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate methods activities, manufacturing readiness tasks, and technical deliverables for machined parts from concept through implementation.
• Review, investigate, and resolve technical challenges during product development to improve manufacturability, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Revise and create manufacturing documentation and change requests for new designs and production builds.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, supporting design reviews and lean manufacturing integration.
• Ensure ownership, action plans, and schedule alignment; maintain visibility via project tracking tools.
