Job summary

Logic Executive Search & Workplace Solutions in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a Staff Accountant – Audit & Not-for-Profit to support not-for-profit audit engagements, corporate tax compliance, and related accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has hands-on not-for-profit audit experience, familiarity with Caseware/Caseview/Taxprep, CPA designation or progress toward it, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with not-for-profit audits and corporate tax returns.
• Proficient with Caseware, Caseview, and Taxprep.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing it.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple files and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support and complete not-for-profit audit engagements.
• Prepare corporate tax returns and assist with tax compliance.
• Prepare working papers, financial statements, and supporting documentation using Caseware and Caseview.
• Review financial information and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients to gather documents and answer questions.
• Manage files and priorities to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to a positive team environment.
