Milestone Environmental Contracting Inc. is seeking a Contract Superintendent to manage all site activities on a designated project in Canada.

The role includes upholding safety, schedule, and budget while representing the company with integrity and core values. You will foster a collaborative work environment, solve problems on variable worksites, and communicate effectively with the project team and client.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent is required.
• Env/Civil and construction industry experience is an asset.
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities to meet safety, schedule and budget.
• Represent Milestone professionally reflecting core values.
• Foster collaborative work environment and problem solve on challenging worksites.
• Maintain and update project schedule; provide daily progress updates.
• Coordinate with safety department and subcontractors; track changes.
• Develop site workplans and ensure they align with project specs.
