TYLin seeks a North America Water Sector Alternative Delivery Methods Group Lead Sponsor to advance our Design-Build efforts across North America. This role shapes how infrastructure is delivered, combining leadership with strategic pursuit execution and strong client relationships.

The position focuses on transformative delivery methods, guiding multi-disciplinary teams, and promoting TYLin’s expertise at events and through targeted outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Business, or related field; advanced credentials (PE/CCM/RA/AICP/DBIA) a plus.
• 7+ years of transportation sector experience focused on alternative delivery methods.
• Proven history of business development for major infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in strategic teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations with top-tier contractors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ethical leadership and collaboration.
• Client focus with solution-driven approach.
• Innovation mindset for solving clients' toughest challenges.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Business, or a related field (advanced credentials like PE, CCM, R.A., AICP, or DBIA are a big plus!)

• 7+ years of experience in the transportation sector with a strong focus on alternative delivery methods.

• A proven history of business development success, winning and delivering major infrastructure projects.

• Expertise in strategic teaming, pricing structures, and contract negotiations with top-tier transportation contractors.

• An entrepreneurial mindset paired with high ethical standards and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.

• Client focus, always striving to give clients the best solutions.

• Strong commitment to innovation by creating new and better ways to solve clients’ toughest challenges.

Additional Information

TYLin is committed to pay equity. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $168,000 to $252,000 annually for this position and local market. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of skills, experience, education and competencies to the table that will be reflected in our offer.
