You will work in a fast paced call centre environment where you will receive a high volume of calls from our clients and stakeholders. Due to the high volume of requests, you will learn how to prioritize your day as you will have continuous interruptions, responding to inquiries over the phone and processing fax requests. This could be an opportunity for you to develop new skills and further develop skills you already have, including client service orientation, delivery of the NIHB program to our clients, attention to detail, improved computer skills, communication skills, conflict management, workload management and prioritization.
Hybrid work arrangement with at least three days in the office per week and optional telework. The position supports a combination of onsite and offsite work with a focus on work-life balance.
