Job summary

Gtrworldwide is seeking four Therapy/Assessment Support professionals to aid clinicians in test administration and data collection. You will prepare equipment, keep precise records, and support client care under supervision in clinical settings.

Responsibilities include assisting in test administration, preparing materials, recording client responses, coordinating sessions, and maintaining confidentiality and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of a postsecondary program in a relevant field (e.g., therapy assistant, rehabilitation technician, audiology assistant) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, data entry, and common office software for scheduling and documentation.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, accurate written reports.

Requirements

Previous experience supporting assessments or therapeutic interventions in clinical, educational, or community settings preferred. Proficiency with electronic health records, data entry, and common office software for scheduling and documentation. Strong observational skills with attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, accurate written reports. Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to follow established protocols, maintain client confidentiality, and perform occasional physical tasks such as assisting or positioning clients.
