GTR Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented purchasing and inventory professional in Canada to coordinate purchasing activities and maintain accurate inventory records. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to monitor stock levels and resolve discrepancies, with several positions available.

The role emphasizes process adherence, data accuracy, and collaboration across departments to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in supply chain, business, or a related field is an asset.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic experience using spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
