Central New Brunswick Woodlands - JD Irving Ltd., is seeking a skilled and motivated Nighttime Lead Hand, based in Chipman, New Brunswick.This role is responsible for providing roadside and in-woods support for mobile equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Provide roadside and in-woods support for mobile equipment, including log trucks, loaders, and other heavy machinery.
  • Operate an equipped mobile service truck provided by the company.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to brakes, electrical systems, air systems, and hydraulics.
  • Make timely decisions with little to no supervision.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment mobilization.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work closely with supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
  • Support onsite safety requirements and initiatives.
  • Be available to work flexible hours to meet operational demands.
