Salary range: $17–$19/hour depending on experience. Night shifts earn an additional $1/hr premium.

The position ensures the production and quality expectations of all departments are achieved. Responsibilities primarily involve welding and fabrication in manufacturing Atom‑Jet's agricultural product line.

Responsibilities
  • Operate job‑related equipment such as grinders, hydraulic forming presses, GMAW welders and robotic welders.
  • Execute supplied work orders.
  • Handle, transport and process products and materials using necessary machinery.
  • Comply with and observe company Health & Safety Policies while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Accurately record production parts and raw materials used.
Requirements

Experience: Welding and/or metal‑working experience is required.

Skills:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast‑paced production facility.
  • Ability and knowledge working with steel.
  • Team player willing to contribute across all departments.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry heavy objects.
  • Ability to work independently in a small team with limited supervision.
Education & Training
  • Welding or any steel fabrication training beneficial but not necessary.
