Job summary

Tim Hortons in Banff is seeking a Night Shift Team Member to ensure guest satisfaction, greet guests, and deliver quality baked goods and beverages in a fast-paced setting. You will help create exceptional guest experiences from the moment guests arrive until closing, while upholding Tim Hortons' standards.

You will collaborate with fellow night shift team members, multi-task efficiently, and maintain a friendly, outgoing manner.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Previous experience in Quick Service an asset
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure guest satisfaction from first contact
• Contribute to exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving food items
• Work with night shift team to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with team members to multitask and deliver prompt service
