Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Palliative care experience preferred.
• Experience with pediatric and/or palliative clients.
• Two to five years of community experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care to pediatric patients and families.
• Assess and manage client care in the community.
• Teach and delegate tasks to healthcare workers and family members.
• Comply with all standards and procedures.
• Participate as a member of the healthcare team.
