• Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate nursing care for clients.
• Provide all levels of nursing care for stable and unstable clients.
• Develop care plans with clients and their families.
• Document client responses and care processes accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Promote client-directed care and self-care practices.
