Job summary

Martinrea International is seeking a Quality Inspector to provide the necessary direction, resources and support to ensure inspection and audit services meet the needs and requirements of the quality system and the Quality and Production Departments.

The role demands hands-on participation on the shop floor, developing inspection methods, ensuring PPAP submissions are thorough and on time, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Training in a quality-related field and strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on the shop floor.
• Experience in industrial fabrication and quality inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inspection methods on the shop floor.
• Ensure ISO-9000 quality system compliance and PPAP submissions.
• Coach colleagues on ISO requirements and quality procedures.
• Interface with production and other departments on product realization.
