Bimeda Cambridge location seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the night/weekend shift at Beaverdale, overseeing production, safety, quality, and cost. You will manage inventory for critical supplies and drive continuous improvement to enhance compliance and productivity.

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires a university or college degree with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of cGMP, FDA and Health Canada regulations would be considered an asset.
• Exposure to problem solving & continuous improvement methodology and practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage production to established specifications within a pharmaceutical work environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP and company policies.
• Inventory management of critical supplies to ensure production needs are met.
• Maintain and optimize production schedules and daily performance metrics to reduce unplanned downtime and scrap.
• Motivate and develop employees through coaching, team building, and accountability to improve processes.
• Facilitate training and development to ensure staff meet cGMP/GDP standards.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental procedures are prioritized and adhered to daily.
• Develop relationships with reports and other departments to support continuous improvement.
• Attendance management and payroll oversight using ADP time-keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.
