Job summary

A healthcare organization in Sarnia is hiring Registered Practical Nurses for a full-time shift nursing role. The position involves providing cost-effective nursing care to medically fragile patients, participating in a healthcare team, and managing a variety of client care tasks. Qualifications

• Experience working with pediatric and/or palliative clients is preferred.
• Two to Five years Community experience preferred.
• Foot Care experience is preferred.
• Must have a personal vehicle and possess a current driver’s license.
• A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost-effective nursing care to pediatric patients in the community.
• Assess and manage client care, including palliative care and wound management.
• Teach and delegate tasks to healthcare workers and family members.
• Participate as a member of the healthcare team.
