Job summary

Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. is seeking a licensed Maintenance Technician for night shift to ensure reliable operation of complex manufacturing equipment at our Toronto-area facility.

You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and support safety and GMP practices. Qualified candidates have a minimum of five years in millwright/maintenance roles, hold 433A/442A/309D or Red Seal credentials, and can read schematics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Millwright, Maintenance technician or Electrician.
• Certified NOC 7311 or Red Seal Millwright/433A, 442A, 309D ticket.
• Ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Flexibility to work afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Foods Core Values.
• Attend breakdown calls, troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment (e.g., mixers, wrappers, ovens, conveyors).
• Support GMP and food safety practices; log work and spare parts.
• Assist outside contractors and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
