This is a night shift role (Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM) with no prior experience required, as in-house training will be provided. Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; in-house training provided.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Produce products to meet work order specifications.
• Operate machinery and equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure daily production meets IFOTIS requirements.
• Participate in cross-training with other departments.
• Understand and apply health and safety policies.
