Qualifications

• Work experience in customer-facing roles from banking, retail, transportation, trades, hotels, or hospitality.
• Logistics & supply-chain experience is NOT a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Drivers Dispatch and Fleet Managers in the evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Receive requests, transmit messages, track trucks and loads, and communicate with customers.
• Record information in the Transportation Management System and Electronic Driver Logs.
• Dispatch drivers for pick-up and delivery.

ACE / ACI and Customs experience
