Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Ontario is seeking a Mechanical Drill Production Associate to operate drilling equipment, perform quality checks, and support maintenance. The role requires experience with CNC drilling and the ability to read blueprints.

The position offers a night shift (3 - Midnight) with weekend coverage and potential shift Premium, plus a benefits package including RRSP/DPSP and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of CNC drilling experience in PCB or related industry.
• Experience with Excellon drilling machines is helpful.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate drilling equipment and perform quality checks and preventative maintenance.
• Set up drill cassettes and replace dull bits.
• Perform incoming and outgoing inspection of drill bits.
• Enter jobs into the manufacturing control system.
• Read shop orders to verify operations and quality.
• Maintain a safe, neat and orderly workplace.
• Complete internal departmental documentation accurately.
