Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a leadership or lead hand role required.
• Working knowledge of sanitation chemicals, CIP/COP, and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sanitation tasks during equipment teardown and cleaning.
• Verify cleaning effectiveness and maintain sanitation logs.
• Communicate schedule and cleaning activities to other departments.
• Assist in pre-operational inspections and uphold safety procedures.
• Train employees on sanitation procedures and provide coaching.
