UPS in Winnipeg is seeking a warehouse associate to load and unload packages, scan and sort items, and stock the warehouse. The role may involve operating heavy machinery and working in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg), read postal codes, and be available Monday–Friday for night shifts from 12:00am to 5:00am. Warehouse experience is preferred.

Job Description:

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.

• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.

• Ability to read and memorize postal codes

• Availability to work Monday-Friday

• Midnight-5:00am.

• Start and end times may vary

• Warehouse experience - Preferred

Pay Rate : starting at $18.5
