Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking an Unregulated Care Provider for Brants Landing Retirement Residence in Alberta. This part‑time night role focuses on compassionate, high‑quality care to residents, supporting health, safety and daily life with dignity and respect.

You will maintain records, administer medications as prescribed, and collaborate with a caring team to ensure residents live fulfilling lives. Training and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Personal Service Worker certificate program
• Successful completion of Medication Administration training program provided on site and ongoing competency evaluation
• Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team
• Experience working with seniors and knowledge of aging process
• Pass Vulnerable Sector Check
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality care that supports residents’ health and well‑being
• Maintain resident records and required documentation per policies and procedures
• Administer medications as prescribed and report changes to the Wellness Director
• Ensure a clean, safe environment using infection control principles
• Contribute to a culture of respect and dignity for residents
