A hospitality group in Tecumseh is seeking a Night Auditor to provide excellent customer service during overnight shifts. The role includes checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. Ideal candidates should have front desk experience and strong communication skills. This position offers competitive wages and benefits.
Please read this job posting in its entirety. Please note that this position consists of overnight shifts and the hotel is not accessible by public transit as it is not on a major bus route. Successful candidates must ensure they have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled shifts. The shifts are scheduled 11 pm to 7 am. The hourly starting rate is $18.60/hour

Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Night Auditor, you will be working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel.
Ultimately, you will be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences. You will work diligently to balance our day of transactions and ensure the utmost accuracy in doing so.
