Overview

Please read this job posting in its entirety. This position consists of overnight shifts (11 pm to 7 am). The hotel is not accessible by public transit as it is not on a major bus route. Successful candidates must ensure they have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled shifts. The hourly starting rate is $18.60/hour.

Responsibilities

Here is what you will be doing each day:

  • As our Night Auditor, you will be working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel.
  • Ultimately, you will be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences. You will work diligently to balance our day of transactions and ensure the utmost accuracy in doing so.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School
  • Experience: 1 year (Required); Previous front desk experience in a hotel is preferred
