A leading mining company in Ontario is looking for a New or Recent Graduate Community Relations Professional to support operational excellence and community engagement. This role involves assisting with community relations tasks, collaborating with various departments, and contributing to compliance and environmental stewardship. Reporting to the Community Relations Supervisor, you will be part of the Community Relations Department. You will support operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement while learning and growing in a dynamic mining environment. This role is specifically designed to develop the successful candidate into a Community Relations professional, supporting a long‑term career at Agnico Eagle.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday at our Timmins Regional Office or Kirkland Lake Office. You must be willing to work on a rotational schedule at a remote mine site.
